Refund & Exchange Policy
At Spicy Boutique Santorini, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we hope you absolutely love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund, excluding any original shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns:
• All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
Please allow 1–2 weeks from the time your return is received for it to be processed.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are non-refundable. However, you may exchange the item for another product of your choice.
Sale Items:
Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.
They may only be exchanged for other sale items or for products from our currently available collection.
Any difference in price between items must be covered by the customer.
